In India, around 1.2 million engineering diploma holders and graduates are getting passed out every year. Out of that only 30 % is getting the job and there is a gap between current professional education and industrial standards/needs, the passed outs are failed to fit for most of the job roles or positions. RSDCA helps to bridge the academic education with the current/future needs of the industry by providing opportunities for our youth and maintaining strong, productive industries.
Also we understand that technical and vocational education play a vital role in human resource development of the country by creating skilled manpower, enhancing industrial productivity and improving the quality of life.
